- It was a beautiful property, friendly staff, they even upgraded us to a suite, double swimming pool, great welcome fruit plate, lots of cats and easy accessible to Angkor wat
- Exceptional, I have been to 70+ countries and Cambodia is by far the friendliest. Everyone at the hotel and their related services was above and beyond expectations. Always smiling and eager to help. Great location, quiet and clean rooms. A+
- Exceptional hotel! We asked our kids to rate their favorite hotels from our two month trip in Thailand and Cambodia. They didn't even blink and said The Community was the best! And we stayed at a bunch of fancy and expensive resorts in Thailand. But The Community has absolutely everything a hotel should have to make you fell at home! The rooms are very cosy and nest. They were very clean, spacious bathroom and with a very nice touch provided by small art objects which you can also buy at a very reasonable price. The restaurant was very very good - we ate a lot of times for lunch and evening and we have no complaints. They also have some lovely fish (our kids loved feeding them) and three cats who were roaming around. The hotel is located very convenient, between old town and the temples - they provide tuk tuk rides to the market for 1$. We also booked a guided tour with them to Kbal Spean and it was very nice, we really enjoyed our day. And the massage was very very good, I really regret not having enough time to try it more than once. However, the best part about this hotel is by far its staff - absolutely everybody was smiling, they all want to help you whenever you need, we had the feeling of staying at a family rather than a hotel. A very special thank you goes to the lovely Anita and Jessi. Our kids absolutely loved them, they were so nice and kind to them, Anita always brought them their favorite fruits, helped them with fish food and so on. They were really sad when we left and made us promise to return as soon as possible to their favorite hotel - The Community.Thank you for making our week with you absolutely perfect! And really hope to stay again soon!

Everything was perfect!
The service was excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful, accommodating and customer service oriented. We were happy that the hotel was located away from the touristy area.
The beds were hard and not the most comfortable.
Amazing attentive staff, clean rooms, great location. Would stay again.
The staff is really friendly and you get really good service :) also just perfect hotel for the price you pay. We loved the afternoon tea as well!
There were a lot of musquito’s
Beautiful, very hospitable and friendly staff, delicious food, and hotel cats!Tuk tuks available at the entrance, great location close to main attractions and city center.
Nothing bad to say
The facility is visually stunning. The entrance hanging garden that you walk thru indicates you are transitioning into a special place. As you walk in you are met by staff with a plate of fruit and tea. The staff are incredibly courteous and helpful. The food was great. The rooftop pool is a gem.
Nothing. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at!
Wonderful hotel, 5 star service. The place is beautifully laid out with two pools, and an afternoon tea. It’s just outside the center so nicely calmer. But it’s 5minutes to the center with the $1 tuk tuks they have at your disposal. The best part is the staff - wonderful people who go out of their way to make sure your stay is great.
Angkor Land Urban Boutique is a fantastic hotel! The warm hospitality from the staff made our stay truly enjoyable. We loved the variety of food offered in the restaurant, and the Khmer dishes were particularly delicious. The pool area was a great spot to unwind and soak up the sun. Our room was spacious and clean, equipped with everything we could ask for. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to families and solo travelers alike.
Beautiful lobby area filled with plants, local art and adorable cats. Located close to Angkor Wat and other temples as well as attractions in the town centre (e.g. Pub Street). Staff were very attentive, helped with arranging tours and transportation to/from airport.
The bathroom was a little bit spare and the hot water somewhat inconsistent but not a big deal, it was clean and that’s all I cared about. The rooftop pool has algae on the tiles.
It was perfect. The staff was extremely kind and attentive to details. The food was excellent. The room was clean. Highly recommended.
Friendly staff, clean rooms and good location.
The entrance is small, but once you walk in, it opens up like a tropical garden, with beautiful Buddha statures hanging on the wall and sitting at every space available. The kittens are really cute, inviting guests petting them. The tropical plants around the swimming pool are lush and the water sounds are soothing. I also like the gentle and friendly staff and the afternoon tea. The Community is not just a hotel but truly a community that bonds travels with their love for nature, spirituality and beauty.
We booked a room without window. I'll make sure there is a window next time.
The staff is very nice and helpful, the hotel itself is very nice clean and comfortable. they arranged for our breakfast at 3am in the morning and also accommodated for our requirements, I can't emphasize enough how nice the staff is and how much they cared for our experience.
It was an unfortunate occurrence which I'd like to assume doesn't happen that often but the flush button in our toilet was't working, it was getting locked and wasnt recharging at all, I mentioned this to the reception and they said they will have it repaired by the time we are back in our rooms, upon our return they confirmed it has been fixed just that the problem was still persisting and I had to remove the lid of the cistern and press unlock the flush myself which isnt something I want to do on my vacation.
The ambience, and the supportive team.
Did not appreciate the sny and rude comment about me not asking him where to park -- from the almost-bald middle aged tuktuk driver wearing a red Community shirt. I was waiting in my car after texted the resort team on Whatsapp, asking about where to park. As a staff there, he could have asked me something as soon as I had stopped my car because he was right next to it.
Friendly staff, clean room, cozy atmosphere.
The staff are very helpful in arranging the transportation and tour guide for our visit to Angkor wok. The massage at the hotel was good too.
We did not use nor visit any of the pools but we dined at the restaurant for our breakfast, tea, and dinner. For tea, we had a choice of fruits such as pineapples, water melons, bananas and for tea selection such as ginger tea, green tea, .. and some snacks. Having a restaurant in the facility is very convenient esp. before we head out to the temple and after a long day out. The bathroom comes with a bath tub shower and a separate standing shower - very nice to have as two people can shower at the same time before in-room massage, which we all had every night. We loved the strong fingers & "elbow" massages, & did both "hot oil" and "medicated oil" by #22 Sai and by #95. Took out all the tight kinks from all over our tired bodies. We also had fresh coconut to replenish our electrolytes with dinner after long hot day at the temple. We did not have daily cleaning but did asked for extra towels, extra hangers, and a table so we can spread out our outfit. Staff was accommodating and very polite with our request.
We had family room with only one amoire, which is not big enough for family of 3, staying 3 nights. Just needed more surface space to spread out toiletries, outfits and to charge electronics. Staff did bring a long table which helped my husband a lot. This way, he can spread out and did not have to bend to the floor every time he needed items from his luggage.
Atmosphere, very big room, excellent dining area, very clean !!?Amazing, amazing, amazing stuff!!!
